Join me for an energising, stress-busting laughter yoga session on Zoom from the comfort of your home. Registration information is at the bottom. PLEASE read everything including medical precautions.
As this is such an important time to be laughing I have decided to run some online laughs. All you need is a computer or a phone where you can see me! This will be my new way of working so hoping it works well for us.
There will be an option to donate something to support me in running the session. You can do this in advance if you like via https://paypal.me/londonwellbeing?locale.x=en_GB or after the session if you prefer. If you can afford to donate towards the session then I would totally appreciate your support however if you need a good laugh and you cannot afford to I invite you to come along too and you will be most welcome.
Follow the instructions to join us. This will require you to register your details in advance and I will send you the password to enter.

Health and Medical contraindications
(note by joining this session you agree that you have read the medical contraindications and you are in good health to do this session)
In addition to the medical precautions below, if you do experience any new pain then please stop and only do what is comfortable for you.
All of the exercises will be suitable from a chair but I do encourage you to stand up and move if it is comfortable for you to do so.
This is exercise! and involves some physical strain and a rise in intra-abdominal pressure and may not be suitable for everyone. As with any form of exercise it is not suitable after a big meal.
Important Medical contraindications
It is contraindicated for people suffering from: Any kind of hernia, Heart disease with angina pain, Persistent cough with breathlessness, Uncontrolled high blood pressure, Urinary Incontinence, Epilepsy, Advanced (bleeding) piles and haemorrhoids or any bleeding tendencies in any part of the body, Severe backache, schizophrenia, Hyper mania (manic part of bipolar depression) Any acute symptoms of cough, cold and fever. People who have undergone major surgery should wait at least three months before doing Laughter Yoga.
Pregnant women with previous history of miscarriages and also those who are in advanced stage of pregnancy should take medical advice from specialists before doing laughter exercises.
