As this is such an important time to be laughing I have decided to run some online laughs. All you need is a computer or a phone where you can see me! This will be my new way of working so hoping it works well for us.
There will be an option to donate something to support me in running the session. You can do this in advance if you like

The benefits for us right now are more important than ever so thanks to technology I am leading these Zoom laughter yoga sessions

I will also share the link for anyone who would like to make a donation to me which is optional and down to affordability.
