- Learn how to start or re-connect with a regular meditation practice
- Experience various meditations including mindfulness, visualisation and guided ++++++
The sessions will be a fusion of various holistic wellbeing tools. We will be aiming for you to leave with new healthy habits to incorporate into your daily lives. It takes time to build new healthy habits which we will be focusing on throughout the course duration. With daily practice, you can potentially have life enhancing, even life changing results. This generally has a ripple effect as when we feel good and uplifted, it affects all those around us.
