Bookings laughter yoga online during coronavirus lockdown.

Update Our Laughter Yoga Classes are now online via Zoom

Below is our booking info for all public classes.  We are currently offering laughter yoga classes on zoom on the first Friday per month at 7pm and in-person gong bath and sound meditation in London Islington on Saturdays. (dates/times may vary)

For laughter yoga, all you require is a compatible computer/phone or tablet with a camera and microphone to take part. 


In-person laughter yoga classes are currently on pause due to covid-19. 

Note the medical contraindications below and ensure that this is a safe activity for you to do.

Laughter Yoga is not a substitute for medical consultation but is a powerful natural complementary form of healing. It is exercise! and involves some physical strain and a rise in intra-abdominal pressure and may not be suitable for everyone.

Wear something comfy to move around and lie down. Bring a mat if you like for the meditation and a bottle of water.

Medical Contraindications

It is contraindicated for people suffering from: Any kind of hernia, Heart disease with angina pain, Persistent cough with breathlessness, Uncontrolled high blood pressure, Urinary Incontinence, Epilepsy, Advanced (bleeding) piles and haemorrhoids or any bleeding tendencies in any part of the body, Severe backache, schizophrenia, Hyper mania (manic part of bipolar depression) Any acute symptoms of cough, cold and fever.  People who have undergone major surgery should wait at least three months before doing Laughter Yoga.

Pregnant women with previous history of miscarriages and also those who are in advanced stage of pregnancy should take medical advice from specialists before doing laughter exercises.
